Bread Alone

May 11-17: Deuteronomy 8:3

The Lord did teach the Israelites

While through the sand they trod,

That man can't live on bread alone,

They need the word of God.

For bread alone sustains the flesh,

But it will take it's toll,

If we neglect to feast upon

The words that fill our soul.
