Daily Bread

April 13-19: Exodus 16

A little bit of Jesus,

Each and every day.

Enough to keep my feet secure

And walking in His way.

Yesterday’s feasting will not

Fill me up today,

So I’m searching in His word,

And I’m trying to obey.

So if my heart is heavy,

Or my feet begin to stray-

Have I gathered up my portion

Of my Jesus yet today?
