For Unto Us

September 14-20: Isaiah 9: 6-7

For unto us, a Child is born

For us, a precious Son

To rule in peace forever more

The Great and Holy One.

Inheriting through righteousness

The might of David's throne

To order and establish all

And call all Israel home.

How wonderful that Councilor

How endless His increase

How mighty is our loving God

Indeed, the Prince of Peace.
